Humidifier Filters

This Emerson Humidifier filter features honeycomb filtration to trap mineral pollutants found in water and help prevent them from entering the air. It fits models HD1205, HD1211, HD12050, HD12110, HD12111, HD2412, HD24120, and HD24121. (HD2412, HD24120, and HD24121 requires 4 filters). It also features a patented rigid support long-lasting design, with an antimicrobial agent and has 2 filters per box. Measures approximately 6 3/8 x 11 x 2. For optimum performance, replace filter twice a season.

Replacement fits and works until today. I have yet to determine its performance. 0 of 0 customers found this review helpful. NOT the HDC-411 - liar, liar, pants on fire! By C. Mitchell, I bought this last year for half the price of the HDC-411, but put them aside as soon as I saw it was not Emerson / Essick HDC-411. Taken with a sudden desire to spend my humidifier filters Emerson, I now use them, and they stink! Advantages: Not as in "Golly, they are worthless junk, but at least I have a few dollars!" CONS: Low - will not stand up and support the shroud funnels. Fragile - not enough material to establish and maintain a mass of water on the way filters work at Emerson cheaply made - rather than layer of bodies prepared fan-fold filter, this is a great touch on just a few thin layers of filter paper coated on both sides of the thin sheet aluminum core. Short term: I'm used to use to get 75-90 days Emerson / Essick HDC-411 filters, but they can not just two weeks! The problem is the lack of material. Save your money and pay for the real thing (look at pictures and watch out for trick words like "businesses" which often means that the product has nothing to do with the product you want!
