The water takes several days, since the central value, there is no filter, it is easy to clean, and quiet. I bought this with a single review. I was cautious, but the review was glowing, and I used it for 3 months and love it. You need this to disk instead of the floor, because there is a high-speed fan will push air up. You can adjust the bill in all directions and direct airflow. The idea is a bit "hard to fill, but only remove the beak and the balance will be in the tank. 6 of 6 people found this review helpful. Serious problems with quality control per user Amazon I bought Crane 2.1 Gallon cold mist humidifier read reviews and was very impressed with the product. A couple of comments mentioned that the device was not working well and I thought it must be an exception to the unit I bought does not work well within 1 (one month). The power would stay, but no humidification. The day's work, it worked fine, but a drive to go bad so early is not acceptable. I've been a buyer Heyl consisting Amazon for more than five years, and this was definitely the worst Amazon experience. I bought a humidifier and it worked perfectly. I was so impressed I bought another. The second was defective because the fan did not work, then the fog would collect under the sink and are not pushed out of the nozzle. When I lifted the bowl, a fog bank to pull and I knew it was the fan, because I had first to compare the humidifier. I asked Amazon for a replacemnet, who came quickly and I saw immediately that replacemnt was used (ie, the cable was bad wounds, among others). Unfortunately, the replacement had the same error, so I spoke with a representative of Amazon and explained the situation, among other things, that I got a used replacement apparently reshelved their fulfiller. She said she would request the following to make sure I have a new replacement nut. Very beautiful woman. The next change came quickly and to my dismay, but not my surprise, it was used, and also had a broken fan. You must be joking! If I did not have to pay, I'd take a hammer to the darn thing and break into small pieces, small pieces and then I shred into small pieces and return it to the pile of small pieces of the Amazon in a ziplock bag fulfiller with a Christmas card that said "Reshelve here!" Wow, I feel better now. It saved me a therapy session, or at least the cost of a hammer and a humidifier conclusion is that although I really like Amazon, which need better quality control on this occasion.
