The water takes several days, since the central value, there is no filter, it is easy to clean, and quiet. I bought this with a single review. I was cautious, but the review was glowing, and I used it for 3 months and love it. You need this to disk instead of the floor, because there is a high-speed fan will push air up. You can adjust the bill in all directions and direct airflow. The idea is a bit "hard to fill, but only remove the beak and the balance will be in the tank. 6 of 6 people found this review helpful. Serious problems with quality control per user Amazon I bought Crane 2.1 Gallon cold mist humidifier read reviews and was very impressed with the product. A couple of comments mentioned that the device was not working well and I thought it must be an exception to the unit I bought does not work well within 1 (one month). The power would stay, but no humidification. The day's work, it worked fine, but a drive to go bad so early is not acceptable. I've been a buyer Heyl consisting Amazon for more than five years, and this was definitely the worst Amazon experience. I bought a humidifier and it worked perfectly. I was so impressed I bought another. The second was defective because the fan did not work, then the fog would collect under the sink and are not pushed out of the nozzle. When I lifted the bowl, a fog bank to pull and I knew it was the fan, because I had first to compare the humidifier. I asked Amazon for a replacemnet, who came quickly and I saw immediately that replacemnt was used (ie, the cable was bad wounds, among others). Unfortunately, the replacement had the same error, so I spoke with a representative of Amazon and explained the situation, among other things, that I got a used replacement apparently reshelved their fulfiller. She said she would request the following to make sure I have a new replacement nut. Very beautiful woman. The next change came quickly and to my dismay, but not my surprise, it was used, and also had a broken fan. You must be joking! If I did not have to pay, I'd take a hammer to the darn thing and break into small pieces, small pieces and then I shred into small pieces and return it to the pile of small pieces of the Amazon in a ziplock bag fulfiller with a Christmas card that said "Reshelve here!" Wow, I feel better now. It saved me a therapy session, or at least the cost of a hammer and a humidifier conclusion is that although I really like Amazon, which need better quality control on this occasion. I recently purchased glance model BCM658-U and I did not expect to be my 18'X 20'room due to the 1.3 gallon tank temper. But to my surprise, she has light air humidity from 28% to 50% of my position in just a few hours, and it is argued that fought all night and well into the afternoon before I need to refill the tank . I was really surprised how it does a good job and it is small and easy to set up somewhere in a corner. I got the penguin humidifier Muench one week ago after researching multiple brands, some expensive, filters, big, hot, etc. And I read reviews about the leak or break on this, and basically there is any complaint about the almost every brand out there - always some problems. (! And the fact that it is ridiculously adorable) So, it costs $ 30 seemed to cover what I needed: something that was not expensive, not too big and bulky, smaller reservoir so more fresh water through the (and less water sitting around getting ookey) and would add humidity where ever it is "was published almost nonstop for a week, sometimes less coverage, or when we were out, and it worked perfectly. The tank body, even when running on a high, has lasted at least 16 hours. I had no problems with white dust on everything like my old-fashioned gigantic noisy one (I use tap water) and do not spray water droplets in the fog either. It's certainly made a difference running at night in the bedroom - no noses and throats feeling 'dry as dust' in the AM. The penguin has a small footprint, about 9 "in diameter and 12.75" high. It runs almost silently, but it makes a noise and dripping sounds really like our tabletop fountain. The sound is pleasant during the day but wore on me during the night, I was not accustomed to the sound and I kept thinking it's leaking when it was not so now I have to run for a while before going to bed and all sleeping much better. Things to keep in mind ... opening of the tank that are full, there is a screw cap with a valve spring (as is the bottom of your coffee basket). There must be a silicone ring that fits on top of the lid. Our ring was inside the opening, and once it was clear-ish could be easily lost. The ring can cause the cap to leak if not seated properly and the lid should be tightened easily. When completed and corrected (there's even a little handle to carry it) just a little off the escape valve spring. Make sure nothing is blocking the pressure valve spring (not filled) and the flap is not folded. Use only cold water in the tank, the water boils and expect it to room temperature before using. The use of hot water would probably cause this plastic to crackle and break the body must sit directly on the "roof" or you can drop on the side a bit. We had absolutely no problem with this little girl, and if I do I'll update my ad. It has a good on-off rocker in his "left buttock. It has a knob on the front (I'll call the navel) to adjust the amount of fog, and even on high, not leaking. The fog rings do not seem to affect the noise source at all, it is , the less fog does not reduce any gurgling do. I have received I have suffered from one of Amazon's vendors. But a humidifier was defective (the button does not turn more than 1 / 4 of the way, so do not smoke!). I contacted the seller and he gave me a hard time to go back for replacement. Finally after a week of e-mail and tell him that he complained to the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts, has agreed to replace it. Despite all this, I recommend these humidifiers for home or work. I use one at work all day and one in my bedroom at night - I love them! Humidifiers very quiet! Despite the frequent cleaning and care, we had to replace the humidifier filter a few weeks. We started with bacteriostatic Holmes last winter and had to replace the filter only once, three quarters of the way through the winter. Follow save the directions on the bottle and not only money by not replacing with too humidifier filter as often, but it can also save you from breathing mold spores on a filter untreated (before looks like the filter needs changing). 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. After placing the filter inside and turn, a strong smell filled the room. I had to open windows to ventilate the room because they do not inhale the smell was a good idea. Since it was the room of my bird, I'm sure he would get sick or worse. I think the problem lies in the Protec antimicrobial treatment. Great works of the new mom, we have bad water that can transform these unpleasant color filters quickly, but it seems to me the means to do its job. This high capacity renewable dehumidifier has been designed to adsorb moisture from small, enclosed areas. It will help protect clothes and valuables from the damaging effects of mold/mildew and moisture rot. It is 100% renewable and needs no power to operate. Just hang the Eva-dry unit in a closet, or you can place it in other small, enclosed spaces, and it will start to adsorb moisture. There are no batteries required or cords to plug in, the unit works without power. There is an indicator window with special "moisture meter crystals" that change from blue (when dry) to pink (when wet) to indicate when the unit needs to be "renewed". The unit will adsorb approximately 8-10 ounces of moisture (depending on humidity levels this should take between 6 - 8 weeks). Once the moisture has been adsorbed it cannot leak or spill. This unit uses a specialized, engineered, crystallized silica gel that is odorless, non-toxic and completely safe. When the indicator crystals turn pink it is time to "re-new" the unit. Simply remove the unit from where it is adsorbing moisture and plug it into a power outlet or power strip in a well ventilated area (bathroom with extraction fan, garage, outside, etc.). There is a built-in heater that will warm the crystals allowing them to expand and release the moisture as water vapor into the outside air. It takes about 12-14 hours to completely re-new the unit. When it is completely renewed the indicator crystals will change back to blue. The unit is brand new again and ready to adsorb another 8-10 ounces of moisture.The crystals will remain active for 10 years and we offer a 5 year limited manufactures warranty on all EDV500 units.

I just hang outside our guinea pig cage and take the excess moisture very effectively keep their food and cage to be wet before. It takes several weeks to fully absorb moisture, but the display will go from blue to light pink and the device is very difficult. EDP-500 EDP big improvement over 300 predominantly supporters of Mr. Smith, I have 5 of these Eva-Dry desiccant dehumidifiers rechargeable. Here in humid NC, with the larger 4x8 in the cabinet works well. Take some time, but some measurable difference of 10-15%, or by measuring the humidity after a few days. Need once-weekly recharge, where at even the air, humidity is relative humidity over 50% of most days of much IT-500 has a hook that make much better fit through the holes in the Eva-Dry EDV-500 , a function that is not very well documented! Also, there are occasional specials: recently, a 2 for 1 sale on the IT-500 with free shipping. Only reason not to give this product is a 5-star, that as mentioned in other posts, the process of charging of the unit is very hot and it is not always good at sitting in a decision without support. I also had a decline in the unit, and had the luck of the case remained intact, but the small grains could be a real mess when the machine broke! But the real mess this thing handles to prevent drying out collecting chemicals, water and drying dissolved. If this is reversed, it is a mess wet, so avoid the EDP-EDV 500-300 and this type of disorder. PS - where in the world that someone had the idea to label this "wireless" in the description of the Amazon? It seems pretty dry to keep the closet. Two problems. Problem 1. When I renewed one of the units, you fall without my support to something else. This could be dangerous as it warms. They are able to renew a power bar, but could be more problematic for a regular intake is more space between the exit and the floor. Problem 2. My boyfriend that I forgot to mention the unit went into my office like a bull in a china shop and fell and broke his hook (glass beads everywhere) - I had to buy a new one, after only a month. There should be a safer way to secure the unit to hang in the closet or maybe the customers should choose to put on the floor. What I like about this product is that it is quiet and very effective. I bought it for my 8 year old daughter must have when you get a cold, coughing or she develops pneumonia. Run in the half speed to use up 2 / 3 of the tank overnight. What I dislike is that the manufacturer promoted it as a humidifier that does not use a filter so there are no filters to replace. Well, there is a filter and are expensive to replace. Now I realized that I should have used a preventive chemical form. I just ordered both from Amazon at a reasonable price. My plan is to buy another two humidifiers, one for each of my children's rooms to use during the winter season.
