good customer service I received these in the time it was confirmed that my order. I called customer service and they sent a new order at no extra cost. I received the filters within a reasonable time after this call. The filters work well in my humidifier. Exactly as advertised with relief supplies Filters were cheap, exactly as advertised, delivered at warp speed, and that the work performed as a new humidifier. You can not ask for much more! Amazon starts to change the filters I had the hardest time finding a pair of these places. Walmart, Lowe's, Meijer, none of them bore the mark exactly. In fact it was after looking around I thought there might be a chance to be trusted online. I should have come to Amazon first because there was mocking me for losing so much time elsewhere. They replace the filters for my humidifier specific, and does a good job helps remove impurities from my hard water.
